Send us a message if you would like to book. We will confirm the price and availability to you. After booking we expect a deposit of 25% within 7 days. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the stay. We will send you directions and coordinate your time of arrival with our property manager. You pay the deposit to him. This will be returned to you when you check out, provided the villa is in order. At Villa Felix and Villa Valencia we deduct the costs of water & electricity from the deposit. At Villa Evora this is included in the price. Upon request we supply a cot and highchair, free of charge.
